THERE IS STORM DAMAGE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

Call to have a no-obligation inspection of your roof and exterior. We will assess the damage and determine your next step. If emergency repairs are required, we can fix them immediately. If it's determined that there is enough damage to sustain a valid insurance claim, we will provide you with that information and help you deal with the insurance adjuster on site. If there is no damage, or not enough to file a claim, we will provide you with that information. Don't make a claim without consulting with us first, it may cost you money by increasing your insurance premium rate. We will help you with this process at no cost.

WHAT TO DO AFTER SUSTAINING PROPERTY DAMAGE?

Contact Wichita Roof Consultants for a free inspection of your property to have a trained expert evaluate if you need to file an insurance claim. We will consult you on the best direction to fix your home and property. If the damage is insignificant and your property is in good shape, we will let you know right then,
Once it is determined that you need to file a claim, we will instruct you to make contact with your insurance company.
An adjuster will inspect and evaluate your property. We want to meet your insurance adjuster to advocate for you. Once they give you a date to meet at your property please notify Wichita Roof Consultants and we will be there for you.
Wichita Roof Consultants thanks you for choosing our company to represent you with the insurance company.
Once, the work is completed by Wichita Roof Consultants we will file a final invoice with your insurance company to work with getting your previously withheld recoverable depreciation on your claim released.
Wichita Roof Consultants will help you with dealing with your mortgage company to make sure they have all the proper paperwork to release your funds. We will assist you with any part of the claim process.

We are required by the state of Kansas to register as prescribed by the Kansas Roofing Registration Act License # BUS2021-10849. Wichita Roofing Consultants also carries liability insurance for all employees, including, equipment, and vehicles. It also protects your home while we work. You'll feel good to know your home is protected and safe. We treat every home as if it was ours.

HOW CAN YOU PERFORM FREE ROOF INSPECTIONS AND CONSULTATIONS AND STILL REMAIN PROFITABLE.

We know the anxiety and stress that comes with dealing with storm damage can make it difficult to deal with the insurance company, especially after something has happened to your property. We assess the damage if there is any and determine if it is the best strategy for you to contact your insurance provider and make a claim. We'll alleviate the stress and advocate for you when your adjuster visits your property, we will meet with them and show and explain the extent of the damage and repairs needed.
